Building the cash management platform we wanted to use
A small team in Stockholm, building for Nordic finance teams who are done reconciling spreadsheets against a bank portal.
Our mission
Finance teams across the Nordics have long worked around fragmented tools rather than with them - a bank portal here, a spreadsheet there, a forecast that's really just a guess dressed up in a formula.
FinSync brings real-time bank connectivity, AI-assisted forecasting, native payments, and a proper double-entry ledger into one platform - built specifically around Nordic rails and Nordic bookkeeping, not adapted from somewhere else.
The goal is simple: give finance teams enough clarity to make a real decision, not just a prettier chart.
Private beta, live with a small group of Nordic finance teams
Built on regulated Open Banking (PSD2) connectivity across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland
A real double-entry ledger underneath, not a balance that just changes in place
Our values
Security first
We never compromise on how money and data are handled. If a shortcut would weaken that, we don't take it.
Built for the Nordics, not adapted to it
Bankgiro, Swish, multi-entity Nordic groups, BAS-kontoplan bookkeeping - designed around how finance actually works here, not retrofitted from a US template.
Honest about where we are
We're a small, early-stage team in private beta. We'd rather say that plainly than dress up a pre-launch product as something it isn't.
Intelligence, applied
AI belongs where it earns its place - forecasting from your real transaction history, not a chatbot bolted on for the demo.
From idea to private beta
The idea
Planned in Stockholm - Nordic finance teams were stitching together bank portals, spreadsheets, and a separate accounting tool, and it showed.
Built from scratch
Core platform built: Open Banking connectivity, a real double-entry ledger, payment rails, approval workflows.
Private beta
Live with a small group of early Nordic finance teams, refining the AI forecasting and automation layer on real usage.
Opening up
Wider Nordic rollout as the platform earns it - not before.
Want to see it on your own numbers?
We're taking on a small number of early-access finance teams right now.
